derives from the TANDYAB NRITYA, the
cosmic dance of Siva. LA comes from
the LASHYA NRITYA, the female dance

Siva and Parvati.
Indian music is inherent and excellent
for its super-eminent divinity, which brings uniformity and changes
all its elements and media. It is meditative by nature and has a

effect on

the mind. It helps to concentrate and takes away the limitations
of the mind, and assists in realizing the divinity in the innermost
depths of the heart, which can relieve the soul from delusions,
consciousness of un- certainty, and bestow upon the souls the blessings
of liberation - MUKTI.
.... By practising it, men and women will
gain the feelings of immortality
despite living
in the frames of a mortal world.
The human soul can achieve |

peace and infinite blessings through it. Indian music is deeply
rooted and dates from very ancient times. It is still on its progress.
It will not come
to an end until it can retain its creativeness
and artistic merits in a spiritual way.
